Blue Moon Newnan -- Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

Shipping: We offer Flat-Rate Priority Shipping through USPS. If customer is interested in expedited shipping, they can reach out to customer service for help.

All Full-Price Purchases have the ability to be Returned and Refunded to the original payment method.

Items discounted upon purchase may not be Returned for Refund -- this is subject to review by Customer Service. If you receive a discounted item and wish to return, please reach out immediately. 

Customers will have 7 days from the date of the receipt of their order to return their items for a full refund. The 7 day period begins on the day their items are received in mail, not on the date of purchase. The 7 day period ends when Blue Moon receives the item back in hand. Customer will not be refunded for original shipping cost, and customer is responsible for payment of shipping the order back to Blue Moon. Customer may add a note or original Packing List to their return, and the Refund will process as soon as it is back in Blue Moon hands.
