Shipping and Returns
We accept returns for online credit for non final sale items up to 14 days from the date you received your order. You are responsible for return shipping to us. You have one year from the day your credit was issued to use it.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. Items must be returned with original tags still attached or we will not accept. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
if your shoes appear to be worn, have any marks on the bottom or top of your shoes, then the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
You are also responsible for shipping us back the item you are returning or exchanging. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipment back to you.

Store Credit is processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the store credit code is active.
If you receive an item that is already damaged, please contact us within three days of receiving your package so that we can resolve the problem. If we receive the item back without tags or with makeup marks we will ship this item back to you and charge you for the return shipping. Email us at email@example.com

We charge a flat rate of $8.00 for shipping throughout the United States. All orders will be shipped within four business days of the time the order was placed. If you would like or need your package shipped sooner, please notify us and we can make that happen at no extra charge!
Flat rate charge for all Canada shipping is $25.00.
